Choose either a licensed English-speaking accompanying guide or a Mandarin-speaking driver. The Mandarin driver provides transport and practical logistics, may use a translation app for simple communication and does not provide an English-guided tour. Vehicle, tickets and pricing notes

Groups of 1–4 use a five-seat car. For 5–6 guests, the listed total already includes the required ¥700 upgrade to a seven-seat Voyah Dream or Denza D9. Children count toward vehicle capacity; request a child seat in advance.

The English-guide option includes full-day accompaniment, communication and general cultural context. A Mandarin-speaking driver may use a translation app for simple communication but does not provide an English-guided tour. Specialist interpretation inside the carving sites is provided separately by an authorized scenic-area English interpreter.

Walking pace

Moderate cultural sightseeing with an estimated 10,000 steps, including stairs and uneven paths at Beishan and Baodingshan.

Access note

Beishan involves more steps and may not suit guests with limited mobility. The route can focus on Baodingshan when needed.

Weather

Much of the visit is sheltered, but rain and heat can affect walking pace and whether Beishan is included.

Cancel at least 30 days before the tour to choose either a refund of your deposit or keep it as credit for a future tour with Elias during a later trip to China.

Terms for cancellations within 30 days and any non-refundable third-party costs are confirmed before you pay a deposit.
