Every group price includes a licensed English-speaking guide and private transport. A guide who also drives and a separate guide-and-driver team cost the same. The listed totals for 4–5 guests already include one ¥700 upgrade to a seven-seat vehicle; there is no extra guide or staffing fee. Six or more guests require a custom quotation.

A 20% deposit holds your date. Pay the remaining balance before the tour starts.

Deposit and cancellation

Cancel at least 30 days before the tour to choose either a refund of your deposit or keep it as credit for a future tour arranged by Elias during a later trip to China.

Terms for cancellations within 30 days and any non-refundable third-party costs are confirmed before you pay a deposit.

Rescheduling

One free date change is available, subject to availability of the required guide, driver and vehicle for your selected services.
